Our standard session is 20 minutes of smash time, with a 10-minute reset period to allow the next group to check in, gear up, and get ready. We also offer a 10-minute/$10 special on select weekdays for a quick smash session!

Yes, participants must be 18 years or older. Minors (16-17) may participate with a parent/guardian present and signing a waiver. No participants under 16 are allowed for safety reasons.

Closed-toe shoes are required. We recommend comfortable clothing that covers your arms and legs. We provide all the necessary protective gear (helmet, gloves, coveralls) before your session.

Yes. All participants are required to complete a waiver before smashing. You can fill this out online during booking or in person upon arrival.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will not receive a refund.
